I have been living here for about 7 months and first of all the beautiful part about living here is its in Hawaii and thats it. Not all keys were given to us also, we asked the property manager to provide us with a dead bolt lock key and we just got it two months ago and they had a break in the same month. Also, she is slow about getting things fixed also and she is not professional at all I emailed her on the 29 March to let her know we were moving out when our lease is up in Sept she just emailed us back to let us know that we have a fixed rate for two years what's up with that? If I am correct the rate is the only thing that is fixed not the term of the lease. During this time she got very rude with me and said she didn't feel like talking to me anymore and said she has to go for now. Not professional at all. Trust me do not rent from this women.
